Andrew J. Shaw
Mr. Shaw graduated with distinction from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 1994 with a B.A. degree in political science and mathematics and earned a J.D. from the Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law in 1998. While at Ohio State, Mr. Shaw served as an Associate Editor and a Staff Member of the Ohio State Law Journal and was a judicial extern to Justice Evelyn Lundberg Stratton of the Supreme Court of Ohio.
Mr. Shaw was admitted to practice in the courts of New Jersey in 1998, New York in 1999, the District of Columbia in 2000, and Pennsylvania in 2002. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits.
Mr. Shaw is an active member of the Northampton County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Warren County Bar Association.
Mr. Shaw serves as an Adjunct Instructor at the Allentown Business School in Center Valley, Pennsylvania, teaching courses in Bankruptcy Law, Law and Evidence, and Legal Research and Writing. In addition, he serves as a pool attorney handling criminal matters.
Mr. Shaw resides in Williams Township, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Vanessa.
